Terms & conditions
These are the standard ticket terms for events at Sutton Community Hall. The terms that apply to a particular event are shown at checkout, and an event may set its own terms in place of these.
Mumbles Mojo events
These terms apply to tickets for events run by Mumbles Mojo at Sutton Community Hall.
1. Your ticket. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and your e-ticket is emailed to you. Please have your e-ticket (printed or on your phone) ready at the door.
2. Refunds. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or materially rescheduled. If we cancel an event you will be offered a full refund of the ticket price.
3. Changes. We may change the programme, performers or timings where necessary. Where an event is materially changed or postponed, you may request a refund.
4. Admission. We may refuse admission or ask you to leave for behaviour that affects the safety or enjoyment of others. Any age restrictions are shown on the event page.
5. Your data. We use your details only to fulfil your order and to contact you about this event. See our privacy notice for more.
6. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Hirer events
These terms apply to tickets for events run by independent hirers at Sutton Community Hall. Sutton Hall provides the venue and ticketing; the organiser is responsible for the event itself.
1. Your ticket. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and your e-ticket is emailed to you. Please have your e-ticket (printed or on your phone) ready at the door.
2. Refunds. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or materially rescheduled. If the organiser cancels an event you will be offered a full refund of the ticket price.
3. The organiser. The event is run by the organiser named on the event page, who is responsible for its content, timings and conduct. Questions about the event should be directed to them.
4. Admission. The organiser and hall staff may refuse admission or ask you to leave for behaviour that affects the safety or enjoyment of others. Any age restrictions are shown on the event page.
